It comes from the Greek variety of Malagousia grown on the plateau of Trapeza at an altitude of 840m.
Nose dominated by tropical fruit aromas and citrus notes, while the mouth is characterized by crisp acidity and a long aftertaste of lemon.
Fried zucchini, vegetable stews made in olive-oil with fresh herbs, pies, fruit tarts, slightly-sauced pasta, pancakes, fresh vegetable salads and yellow cheeses. Serving Temperature: 8 -10 °C
