White wine produced from selected grapes of the renowned red variety Xinomavro by obtaining the white grape must of the red grapes – a method known as "Blanc de Noir". The careful pressing of grapes gives a small amount of the first juice, vinificated at low temperature in order to preserve the initial aromas of the variety.
Light yellow colour with green highlights. Delicate aromas of fruit and white flowers. Freshness in the mouth, with a good body and a long finish.
Served at 8-10°C. It ideally accompanies fried fish, white meats and vegetables dishes. Goes very well with white Greek cheeses. Specific suggestion: Fried trout with fresh butter.
It can be aged in the bottle for up to 3-4 years.
