Dry Rosé Wine - Merlot
Exceptionally bright and a light colour between light rosy and salmon. Lively nose reminiscent primarily of red fruit like strawberry and cherry, with a hint of lemon. Elegance and finesse with a refreshing acidity which balances the alcohol creating a sense of harmony rounded up with a pleasant fruity finish.
Served at 12-14 °C. Even though its delicate personality urges to enjoy on its own, it can be paired beautifully with fine cured meats, fish in light red sauce, grilled red mullet, lobster, seared salmon, tuna carpaccio, even stuffed vegetables.
