Dry Red Wine - Xinomavro
A delightful red wine made from Xinomavro, the variety of grapes which absolutely expresses its distinctiveness, in the region of Naoussa. Balanced and well built, this friendly wine accompanies each meal in perfect harmony.
Its aroma is reminiscent of bold, red fruit. Balanced and well built, it introduces a medium-bodied flavour of ripe fruit.
Served at 16-18 °C. A perfect accompaniment to red meat, lamp, wine-flavoured cheeses, aged gouda or cheddar. Xynomavro would make a lively pairing with grilled lamb kabobs, or ratatouille.
