Dry Red Wine - Merlot
Traditional red wine vinification with a long fermentation time. Charcterised by an intense purple colour with violet highlights and a fragrance of dried prunes and red fruits. Alcohol by volume: 13%
Served at 18-20°C. A perfect accompaniment to chicken, pork or rabbit casseroles with a fruity element such as apricots or prunes, baked pasta dishes such as lasagne, burgers, duck, Chinese style crispy duck pancakes.
